NEXNET Mold specializes in the production of molds for precision injection molding. Our products are used for various industries. We have years of experience in the repair, modification and production of molds. Molds used for plastic moldings are represented in many sectors, such as electrical engineering, in automotive and consumer industries.
Our solution is the complete process of producing the mold, from 3D modeling to designing the mold, from machining on CNC machines to patterning the mold. In addition to designing and manufacturing molding tools, we can also handle small volumes of production involving complicated shapes. We have our own tool workshop with the required cutting-edge technology. We are available for co-production – milling classical shapes and shaped inserts, producing electrodes, etc.
We have very short production delivery times thanks to the cutting-edge technology we use. The customer receives our design proposals in electronic form in a 3D animation environment.
